A meeting was held with the staff of the STEAM Centers.
During the event, information was provided about the centers’ activities throughout the year, highlighting the work carried out, the results achieved, and future plans.
Following this, within the framework of the event, a training session titled “Personal Development and Effective Communication” was delivered by trainer Jalə Abbasova. During the training, staff members actively participated and became acquainted with new approaches.
At the end of the event, employees were awarded in recognition of their productive performance and active involvement throughout the year.
Overall, the event played an important role in strengthening cooperation among STEAM centers and increasing motivation.
